This course will teach you to create training plans from a long-range perspective for athletes. Here we get to the bottom of the practical issues when designing complete and detailed training plans.
This course lasts 15 months. Each month 4 new lessons will be available in your account. The course book comes with many complete trainings plans.
You can download various programming sheets in Excel for your convenience. You won`t find the knowledge in this course on the internet, nor in books. This course finally gives you the answers you always have been looking for.
